DL'ed MOO1+2 to enjoy, but Parallels did not like Dosbox. XP crashed.

Then I threw the drawers into my Boxer app and this worked beautifully.

Boxer is essentially a Mac DOS emulator based heavily on DOSBox-Mac code.

The developer is actually on the forum from time to time - you can generally catch him in this thread:

http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/mac_users_boxer_1_2_released_with_much_better_gog_support_and_a_request_for_test

Also if you need help getting non-DOSBox games to run under OS X - they don't work under Parallels or you'd rather not use Parallels - try Rampancy's thread which covers various ways of getting GOG games working under WINE:

http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/gog_games_on_mac_os_x_a_how_to

and the GOGmixes:

http://www.gog.com/en/mix/mac_friendly_gog_games_4

I would suggest downloading Wineskin by doh123 (uses WINE for OSX). Pall the Tall has some pre-made wrappers for various games including GOG ones (note these are just wrappers to get the game working under OS X, not the actual games!) and tutorials on how to make your own:

I have an iMac and I use it mostly for dos gaming. Boxer is amazing and very easy to use and install games in.
