bought the game a few days ago. changed my mind. it isn`t worth 30€. want a refund/cancel order. how can I do that?

You'll need to contact support. You might want to check GOG's refund policy first.

2. Type “gog refund”, then hit the enter key.

3. Click on the top result.

I cant continue the game and I send 2 request (in English and Russian) for moneyback. But 2 days and no answer.

GOG support is probably getting slammed right now because of several games that just came out recently. Have faith that they will get back to you :)
