Yes it is! It's owner is CD Projekt which is Polish game developer and publisher.
Polish localization was really great. I'm sure a lot of poles would buy the game if it would be in polish.

Should actually be rather easy, since - if I'm correct - CD Projekt was the Polish publisher for Gothic (and every other game) and was probably responsible for the localization, which should make the legal situation a piece of cake.

Was the Polish version actually good? I'm just asking because the English one is so bad, but it seems to be a very popular game in Poland (and also in Russia), so I guess they did something right there.
Are the voice actors consistent across the games?

Yes, I liked polish version very much when I was a kid. Actors are the same on each version.

You can check actors in gothic series on polish wikipedia for each gothic website. On menu choose "Wersja polska" - there are actors.

There is no Polish version of Gothic available on cdp.pl (sister site of gog.com) unless you buy whole bundle of gothic games... so I wouldn't hope for Polsh as an additional language here on gog :(
