Since the ATLAS update, all the games that I have purchased over the years from GOG.com before Jan 2, 2020 are missing from GOG galaxy 2.0. I have tried deleting the Storage folder in C:\Program Data, I have tried to do an uninstall and delete all the local data for GOG Galaxy, and I submitted a ticket for this issue; however, the technical support "guru" seems to be reading from a script and doesn't read the ticket with all the screenshots and data that I have submitted because they keep telling me to do all the stuff that I have described above. The interesting thing is that I found out that the database of games and all the custom artwork I added for games outside of GOG, Steam, and the like are all being re downloaded from the cloud. If I add the GOG games folder on my computer, it says that it found 398 games but none of them populate. If I look them up through the client, they show up as games that I have to buy; however if I go to the store portion of the client, they show as in library. If I go to GOG on the web and download the Galaxy installer for a game, it will open the game page and and the game is playable. If I leave that page it goes back to "Buy" instead of "Play". I can bookmark the page, but that's not really a great solution. I believe that it has to do with either the client authentication or database corruption of the files that GOG Galaxy 2.0 is retaining. If I reinstall GOG Galaxy 1.2 all my games show up in my library. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to fix it?

Still no resolution. Customer support E-mailed me about 3-4 days ago and said that they were looking into it; however, my ticket in the GOG Galaxy bug tracker hasn't been updated by a team member for a month now. It seems though that other people are having the same issue. Hopefully it gets resolved because I really liked it when it worked.
Any news to this, i have the same problem

Reverting to 1.2 is the best solution.

This was a known issue before they pushed the beta onto everyone (in violation of user preferences not to be involved in beta testing). It's kind of ridiculous that they still haven't fixed it, and knowing it's a risk was a major factor in my decision to revert to the old client.
