It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Bustacap: workaround until they fix it:

- close GOG Galaxy if it's running at the moment

- log in to PSN (store.playstation.com) through your browser
(if you were already logged in, log out first, then back in)

- after the login open this link: https://ca.account.sony.com/api/v1/ssocookie

youll get something like: {"npsso":"xxx"}
where xxx is the npsso value

- open windows explorer and enter the following into the address bar at the top and press enter
%LocalAppData%\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed\

- open the psn_{random number} folder and edit the plugin.py file with your favourite text editor

- go to line 64. it sould look like this:
stored_npsso = stored_credentials.get("npsso") if stored_credentials else None

delete everything on that line after: stored_npsso =
then add your nppso value behind it in quotation marks.

it should look like this:
stored_npsso = "npsso value"

("npsso value" is the value from step 3 and should be a 64 character long text consisting of numbers, lower case letters and upper case letters)
(the quotation marks " " are important!)

- save the changes made to plugin.py and close the file
- restart GOG Galaxy
- try connecting with PSN again
dude
you are amazing

eaglelandings: This fix does not work.. Just comes up with offline retry. And yes, did do the log in from the store, not just the network as another suggested. Thinking whole thing is a con and at the very least gives me zero incentive to trust gog so for now will not be using them. Hope you all have better luck. Finally, no, don't reply by posting same instructions as just said it does not work.

Bustacap: try a different browser and look at the provided screenshots in the guide to make sure everything looks exactly as it should
Already tried this with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.. ..did as followed.. same offline retry result as before.

MetallicDamo90: You actual legend!!
Worked for me.
Hi,
I have tried to open the the link after I have logged in to PSN
with all browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE, Firefox) that I have and each time I open it, the following display appears

error "invalid_grant"
error_description "Invalid login"
error_code 20
docs "auth.api.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/docs/"
parameters []

What can / must I do now? Is there someone who can help me?

sorry, for my english

Greetings Maja

Fantastic! This worked great for me as well, after weeks of frustration.
The Bustacap method did work for me so thank you very much.
I must add the first time I tried it 3 days ago it DID NOT work so was not going to bother, but today I decided to give it a go again and it worked.
I assume this was probably me doing something slightly wrong so my advice to those who have been unsuccessful is retrace the steps exactly again and really take your time following each point exactly, easy to make a simple mistake.

OMG, it worked! Finally! :D

Thank you so much!!! :-)
The workaround worked and all, I managed to connect my ps account to gog galaxy for now, thanks for that. However, Witcher 3 just doesn't show up on the owned games or playstation tab no matter where I search or look. My other games show up, just not "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition".

I have a transaction receipt from playstation store that I bought the game. I have already completed the game and its dlc's and can prove I have completed 60% of trophies. I redownloaded the game and is currently running on my ps4 just for this reason. There should be no reason as to why the game would not show up on my list of owned games, yet it does not.

I just wanted to say thanks and this worked for me. Which I am glad since GOG support was no help at all. They should hire you or at least give you some free games!
i still couldnt get this to work it says offline even after code edit

I have put detailed steps on a github page for ease of reference,

Credit to @Bustacap for coming up with this workaround

You can access it here:
https://masheleni.github.io/gogpsn/

Offline troubleshooting is covered at the end, but I recommend you go through the entire page.

thank you so much, your presentation was very helpyful, in bustacaps written explanation it said delete all the line after store - npsso and add token, but as youve put it, you just add it after deleting none on the end of the code string, thank you ! for clearing this up

Bustacaps method works too,
The modification where I only replace None with the token allows the connection to still work after restarting GOG Galaxy.
I am glad that my presentation of Bustacaps workaround helped you out in the end.
