greypatch3: I downloaded the new edition, and it does seem to be importing now, though yes, it will take awhile.
As for 'updating,' it seemed like it was very hit and miss as to which games were listed as 'completed' and which ones weren't on 0.37. Like I said, I figured there may still be some issues because GOG and PSN stopped officially working properly some time ago, but there were some games that appeared to have fully implemented game time and acquired trophies, while some completed around or even before them were listed as 0% or some percentage I know had completed a long time before.
I do appreciate the work put in! I had been using Galaxy for looking at my library (what would import, anyway), but swapped to Playnite at the end of last year...however, my Playnite installation is on my desktop, which has been down for months, and to have Galaxy working to some degree again with the PSN stuff showing up has been a blessing.
toptaran: Can you explain problem with screenshots? I'm not sure if I'm understand correctly.
Pictures attached. Here are the issues I've run into:
Daylight: I played this (regrettably not that great) game years ago, long before PSN would have had any issues updating with GOG. Yet, although the game is listed in the system, the trophy data is at 0%, as is any game time played.
Lego Movie Game: Played this roughly the same time period as Daylight. Notice the game time is included, as is 100% of trophies...but the thing is, when I loaded up version 0.37, this game did not appear as completed. It only did so when I used 0.38. I don't have a picture of when it wasn't on there before to compare, but it seems to have been randomly selected as completed on this update.
Mega Man: I would chalk up some things to PSN not updating things after the previous three years (I've noticed that on a number of my completed titles that they are 3 years and older for trophy info), but even though it hasn't updated trophy info for this one, it did update time played a few months ago. And no, as a quick aside, I haven't actually played Mega Man for 400 hours...one time I left the game running when I was out of town for a few weeks and it screwed that play time up royal.
Final Fantasy: This is one of my most recent purchases, and I chalk this up less to a PSN issue and more of Galaxy grabbing the wrong game ID for it...I have the Pixel Remaster Collection, and all five games showing on GOG (IV isn't on the list for reasons I can't explain) are all listed as previous releases, from the PS1 versions of I and II to the SNES edition for VI. I don't think this is anything that can probably be fixed in an update, but I thought it might be helpful for any testing purposes.
Also, although I didn't include it in the pictures, I do know I have a PS4, but not a PS5. In any instance where I own a game that has a PS5 edition included as part of the purchase, it lists the game as not having trophies available at all. This is NOT a Galaxy specific issue; I have a similar issue on Playnite where it lists both versions separately, but if I try to update or look at a PS5-specific edition, it runs into an error message. So, I only mention that if you happen to notice anything weird in the code regarding it.
In short:
-I understand that GOG may not update with anything newer in terms of trophy info after 2021/2022 or so, since the official integration hasn't been kept up with, but oddly, newer games AND other info are kept track of, as Mega Man points out.
-The integration seems to sometimes randomly pick and choose titles to mark as completed depending on which ones it sees first, and then decides to skip others for unknown reason (Lego Movie/Daylight comparison).
-Sometimes GOG attaches to the wrong game. That's probably not fixable, though.
