toptaran: Hey, tested on new win11, you was right it's win 11 problem.
Replaced for win 10 and win 11 cef client to version 123, now it's working fine.
Try new version:
https://github.com/toptaran/galaxy-integration-psn/releases/tag/v0.38

Hey, what do you mean on not updating?
Do not show play time? Or do not show achievements?

You may need to wait sometime or gog can broke it, try new version 0.38.
When I tested on clean win11 found out gog has limits how much and how fast games can be added and may not just add it. So I added at new version it will re add from cache at every gog relaunch.

Secondly if you played big amount of game you may need some time to load it because of sony limits, one played game loads 3 seconds, plus add 30 second for load all games with stats, so you can roughly calculate how much time you need to wait.

Thirdly if achievement list is empty it's gog database problem, looks like it stopped updating. Plugin can only tell what achievement and when unlocked, but sadly cannot add name and image. In this case I advise to write to support and ask to update psn game database. The more of us ask for it the higher chance it will be done.

Arkangel_22: Hi!

I just tested and its working! I'm able to connect to my PS account and I'm getting my games in the PlayStation library, but I dont see all my games, so I assume is the limits issue. But I can't complain, at least now its connecting :P

Is it just a matter of time to get all the games in the library?
If you know amount of games try to calculate roughly time like count * 3seconds + 1 minute. If it still not here, try to relaunch gog, plugin will try to add again from cache (it must be fast like few seconds).

Note: it will show only PS4 and PS5 games, because it using ps mobile app api to get data. I do not have PS3 or PS vita, so unfortunately can't test and find ways to get it.

I downloaded the new edition, and it does seem to be importing now, though yes, it will take awhile.
As for 'updating,' it seemed like it was very hit and miss as to which games were listed as 'completed' and which ones weren't on 0.37. Like I said, I figured there may still be some issues because GOG and PSN stopped officially working properly some time ago, but there were some games that appeared to have fully implemented game time and acquired trophies, while some completed around or even before them were listed as 0% or some percentage I know had completed a long time before.
I do appreciate the work put in! I had been using Galaxy for looking at my library (what would import, anyway), but swapped to Playnite at the end of last year...however, my Playnite installation is on my desktop, which has been down for months, and to have Galaxy working to some degree again with the PSN stuff showing up has been a blessing.

Can you explain problem with screenshots? I'm not sure if I'm understand correctly.

toptaran: Can you explain problem with screenshots? I'm not sure if I'm understand correctly.
Pictures attached. Here are the issues I've run into:

Daylight: I played this (regrettably not that great) game years ago, long before PSN would have had any issues updating with GOG. Yet, although the game is listed in the system, the trophy data is at 0%, as is any game time played.

Lego Movie Game: Played this roughly the same time period as Daylight. Notice the game time is included, as is 100% of trophies...but the thing is, when I loaded up version 0.37, this game did not appear as completed. It only did so when I used 0.38. I don't have a picture of when it wasn't on there before to compare, but it seems to have been randomly selected as completed on this update.

Mega Man: I would chalk up some things to PSN not updating things after the previous three years (I've noticed that on a number of my completed titles that they are 3 years and older for trophy info), but even though it hasn't updated trophy info for this one, it did update time played a few months ago. And no, as a quick aside, I haven't actually played Mega Man for 400 hours...one time I left the game running when I was out of town for a few weeks and it screwed that play time up royal.

Final Fantasy: This is one of my most recent purchases, and I chalk this up less to a PSN issue and more of Galaxy grabbing the wrong game ID for it...I have the Pixel Remaster Collection, and all five games showing on GOG (IV isn't on the list for reasons I can't explain) are all listed as previous releases, from the PS1 versions of I and II to the SNES edition for VI. I don't think this is anything that can probably be fixed in an update, but I thought it might be helpful for any testing purposes.

Also, although I didn't include it in the pictures, I do know I have a PS4, but not a PS5. In any instance where I own a game that has a PS5 edition included as part of the purchase, it lists the game as not having trophies available at all. This is NOT a Galaxy specific issue; I have a similar issue on Playnite where it lists both versions separately, but if I try to update or look at a PS5-specific edition, it runs into an error message. So, I only mention that if you happen to notice anything weird in the code regarding it.

In short:
-I understand that GOG may not update with anything newer in terms of trophy info after 2021/2022 or so, since the official integration hasn't been kept up with, but oddly, newer games AND other info are kept track of, as Mega Man points out.
-The integration seems to sometimes randomly pick and choose titles to mark as completed depending on which ones it sees first, and then decides to skip others for unknown reason (Lego Movie/Daylight comparison).
-Sometimes GOG attaches to the wrong game. That's probably not fixable, though.

Yeah it looks like gog db issue. Plugin only report title id and achievement ids. Next gog get all data like it's name, pictures, achievements from own database. New games mostly have empty achievements list.
I did try to add achievement list manually at local gog database, but it was removed automatically by gog client.

So only solution is to poke support to ask gog devs to update psn database.

It looks like there is a limit, I only got 150 games to the library and no more, with no activity or trophies. It's weird, I don't think this is a plugin thing, I went to the code and didn't see any limit there and I don't think this is affected by my PlayStation setting account because I have everything public.

I think it's plugin problem, It may got error and import process stopped/crashed.

1. Relaunch GOG
2. Wait for 5 mins
3. Go to c:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs\ , find here plugin-psn-******.log
Open in any text editor/viewer and find here "finished task 0 (init_authentication)". 10s after that you will find "update_task start" after some time must be "update_task finish". If after first "update_task start" will be again start task w/o finish - we have a problem. Try to find error with stack trace and post it here.

hey, there are several update_task start without the finish, some of them are even before the init_authentication, I can copy only one because most of the other are tons of characters and I can't attach txt files.

please let me know if this is the part of the log that you need

it worked! Now I have 893 games in the PlayStation library, my recently played section is up to date and also working, I launched Spider-man 2 on my PS5 and its reflecting in the section.

Thanks! I really appreciate your effort to have this plugin working again :P
