It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

odegam: Filled a report bug in galaxy - no feedback yet :/
I filed a bug report at the end of August. No one ever touched it (Last modified = date submitted). If you want to actually hear back from someone at some point, open a support ticket.
Thanks Ice-Mage. This is not so awesome. Just went through with the bot, hopefully, I'll get a human to answer at one stage. And there I was, loving gog rather than steam... mmh.

You're welcome. To clarify, although it took a long time, the problem I reported seems to have been permanently fixed at some point. It's just that it was never acknowledged either on the bug report or on the forum.
Hello everyone,

I just tried two hours ago and everything seems to work fine again. I launched the install via Galaxy as usual and the setup window now opened correctly and Galaxy proceeded with the installation.

Good news... With Hard West 2 finally being patched, I'll be able to finish it ;)

Hello everyone,

as for me, i still have problems with gog galaxy.
Still not working for me either. This doesn't make sense.
Same issue here. My first experience with GOG and so far it's complete garbage. I'll go pay full price somewhere else. Hopefully I get a refund, if not I'll be asking my credit card company to reverse the transaction.

Can you not download the game from your library either, or do you just not want to download the game via a web browser for some reason? The only game that requires GOG Galaxy is GWENT: The Witcher Card Game because it's online-only multiplayer.
As mentioned above, games installed via offline installers can be added to GOG Galaxy, if you want achievements, cloud saves, and so on. That is, if this "Server problem" that affects your account only affects downloads.

I have the same problem.
I even logged a ticket but i didn't receive an email so now i can't access it whether or not someone reacted to it...

After logging the ticket i saw the "my open tickets page"so i know it was logged...
Checked my account information 2 and my email was correct...

Don't know what is happening but a friend of mine also has the same issue.

If you know the ticket number, just replace it with the number in the following link to open your ticket on the site:
https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/1000944

Otherwise, do a full search of your mailbox, including the spam folder. If nothing turns up, you can try messaging a staff member to ask for the link to your ticket. You'll first have to change your privacy settings to allow chat messages from everyone.

I messaged a staff member earlier today, to ask for comment about this issue. I expect if I ever hear anything back, it'll be in the form of a reply to this thread.
Hey everyone, thanks for raising this issue. I'll pass it forward to the GALAXY team and will keep you updated on the situation.

In the meantime, please use the offline installers available in your library if you want to download a game right away. Apologies for the inconvenience!

I've noticed a related issue in that the offline installers downloaded from the website are not necessarily up to date. I've installed games through offline installers, only to have Galaxy then install an update. Also there's some games that Galaxy won't recognize as being installed if they are installed via an offline installer.

That's more often the case than you fear.
But until it has been a recent patch, usually you don't have to update the games, they can be played just the same. Often it's only the Galaxy files that get updated (for example to add cloud saves support).
