i can't download anything via GOG GALAXY since yesterday morning...
Nor games, nor bonus, nor anything...
Every time i try, after some wait, i've got the message "probleme de serveur" (i'm french) which appears !..
I'v tried with another PC and it's excatly the same, i think GOG gaot a server problem...

Seeing that I'm not the only one impacted by the problem is a small consolation but it's something! :)
I tested the online help, it's a real pain : nothing for this kind of problem in the FAQ and the bot does not help at all !

We'll wait for the end of the week-end and keep our fingers crossed...

For the most impatient there is a way to download via a browser but it's a bit painful,
until recently it worked very well with GOG Galaxy...

well, if im gonna download the games from browser, will it count my game time in galaxy app? also can i use my old saves?
i also tried the chatbot and guess he doesnt even know this problem. I also found some old solution with deleting folder but it didnt help

Problème de serveur sous gog galaxy : je ne peux pas télécharger du tout !

J'espère que ce problème sera vite réglé. En attendant je me contente des jeux que j'ai déjà pu installer.

Même problème rencontré ici. Je suppose qu'il faudra attendre la fin du week-end pour avoir plus d'infos. En attendant, il est toujours possible de télécharger les fichiers d'installation via le site et d'indiquer manuellement à Galaxy qu'un jeu a été installé afin qu'il tracke le temps de jeu / achivements si vous le désirez.

Salut cal74, en effet, c'est que j'ai fait : j'ai téléchargé "manuellement" mes jeux (notamment Fallout 3 et Fallout New Vegas).

You can use the offline installers, then in GOG Galaxy, click the cogwheel in the top left, choose Add Games & Friends, then Scan Folders for GOG Games. See if instructions to create a support ticket via chatbot are helpful. If not, you can try e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com directly.

Please note that chatbot should be seen as an automated first line support to free resources for more complicated requests.

After having answered the few first questions, the chatbot will provide you with the possibility to fill in an actual request which will then be dealt with by actual GOG collaborators.

This is a common practice through online platforms these days and, as written above this allows to avoid a bottleneck at support level since the most straightforward issues (that can be resolved with the help of a bot) are usually representing the highest volume of support requests.
