Yep me too,
thought I might jump in as well
Me too (also Australia) - been this way for the last day and a half or so.

Just received this email from GOG.

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

GOG GALAXY team is aware of the issue and currently working on a fix - unfortunately we don't have an ETA on it just yet.

Please note that the GOG GALAXY is not necessary to download and launch your games - you can still download them directly from the website.

Games already installed through GOG GALAXY can also be launched directly from the .exe file, located in game's main folder, without launching the app itself.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

Me too, also Australian.
Another Aussie voice in the chorus of not having a connection.

"You're offline. Some parts of the application may be unavailable. Connect now"
Me too
Has anyone tried putting a shovel's worth of coal into their local NBN node? That might help.
Yet another Aussie with the same issue, and I can confirm it's a strange Australian issue as VPNing to a US sever gives no issues.

Very annoying as it effectively makes GoG Galaxy unusable for us :(
Another Aussie with the same problem, I use GOG to access my game pass games so this is very frustrating.
Same issue here, GOG Galaxy has become totally unusable. Think I may have to resort back to the old fashioned method of logging into my account via my browser. Whatever is happening, I hope it's resolved soon as you can't even report the issue through the client
Same here.
Australian here, happening to me too.
Same issue here, how bloody useless is this thing?
I too am in Australia and I too am having this problem. I can still play the games I have installed but that's it.
same here, bumping thread.
