icepowdah: You want to say that you never played beyond act 2 ? . .ever ? .... sorry but ... MY GOD! ... for he humanity's sake and all that's dear in the world ... you have to do it man! Puppy lives depend on this!!!

GameRager: I think I got as far as a few screens outside the Act 2 town and did a few missions....the multiple paths and such made my brain go haywire though. It makes it hard for me to finish many games, actually. Like Baldur's Gate actually.....when the two NPCs with my party left I couldn't keep playing asI didn't like the idea of characters leaving my party after a seemingly set time limit and other things like that.

It's funny...alot of "tunnel" shooters i'll play and like because of the linearity.
I cannot express how much you have to finish a game like Diablo 2.. and not only on normal .. nightmare and hell too .. honestly .. it's that good!
I'd fully voice Planescape Torment

Not by MYSELF you understand, I'd get the proper actors to do it.

I'd also insist on stupidly gorgeous high res remakes of TIE FIghter (changing nothing but graphics), Discworld Noir (again changing nothng but the graphics) and Grim Fandando (chaing graphics and inventory speed, damn that was slow in places)

Aww Grim Fandago .. what a game that was:

Manuel Calavera: I think we should team up - be partners.
Domino Hurley: Oh, I would, but I could never be partners with someone who was so much more of a man than me.
Manuel Calavera: Oh, come on... I've seen your wife.

--------------------------------------

Manuel Calavera: Did you kill much when you were alive?
Mercedes Colomar: Very little.
Manuel Calavera: Never killed anybody.
Mercedes Colomar: I have to confess... I never killed anybody.
Manuel Calavera: Not even a teensy bit of killing?
Mercedes Colomar: MAYBE I JUST WASN'T TRYING HARD ENOUGH.

GameRager: Well how about this: You rewire my brain to make me be able to not obsess on every detail as I play games, thus making me able to enjoy most of them again as I used to long ago, and i'll do that. And give you new car.......(matchbox car.).
Done! ... now where did I put that unique Bonesnap maul that I had socketed with rewiring capabilities :) ..... I swear ... it was just there in the corner the other day.
DOOM is perfect. 5/5, 10/10, 100/100. Game of the year all years.

:P
Pax imperia: Eminent Domain.
I'd make planets invadeable without having to nuke them from orbit....
... So many wasted resources.
Apart from having problems with the whole "favourite game" moniker...

I'd take this back out, shoot it, burn it, then shoot it some more.
Dunno, maybe a larger inventory in Torment? On the other hand, I could also try to break my pack-rat habits ... :D
