We've recorded moving pictures and sound for you to watch!

Hey! For all those to busy to check GOG.com every day, and those who like our announcements in a nice little audiovisual package, GOG.com is happy to present [url=http://youtu.be/UkHn--STc5A]This Week on GOG--new, funky, and fresh video that showcases the whole GOG-week (new releases, promos, and special events) in just few minutes.

Please let us know what do you think about the first episode of This Week on GOG. This is something completely new we're doing and we're willing to change to make you happier. Write comments on video page and in the forums--we're reading all of this!

Thanks for watching and see you (watch you?) next Friday!
GOGbook ad was great, conference was great, but this weekly video update wasn’t good at all. Very bad scenario. Mac & W2 for Mac should go first (but titles like Sim City 2000 should be only mentioned) and you should at least mention all games released that week.

Wishbone: 2. CD "Proyect" RED? Is that an attempt to pronounce it the Polish way? It sounds strange when you're speaking English.
Their name is CD Projekt Red which is actually pronounced as "Proyect"; at least in some slavic languages.
Quite nice, but I'd like to see some sort of "headlines" or summary at the beginning, that way one can decide if there's anything of interest in the first few seconds - not sure how Youtube counts views (only if watched to the end?), but you might want to consider the idea.

I wouldn't also call it "weekly guide" since it'll be released on Fridays when some of the weekly events, like the Gem Promos, will already be over.
Unless the vids serve a purpose I'm missing, I'd release them early on the day of the Gem Promo (get more new people to visit GOG) and include hints for upcoming events, like the weekend promos (make them come back over the same week).

To conclude, though the videos are not a bad idea, the way they're now planned are of low value to those keeping a close eye on GOG and might generate fewer sales.

Just my two cents :)
