Syberia, Haegemonia, Robin Hood, Still Life, and Atlantis, along with other great titles from Anuman, are available 50% off, this weekend only on GOG.com.

Kate Walker is a New York lawyer handed a simple task of finishing a sale of an automaton factory in Europe. What seemed like quick assignment turns into an increible story spanning between between two continents--and two amazing games!--as Syberia and Syberia 2, go far beyond the ordinary. The surreal quest, incredible individuals, extraordinary locations, and amazing atmosphere make these two combined games one of the most unforgettable adventure series ever, and you can pick them both up for $4.99 each.

Still Life and Still Life 2 follow Victoria McPherson, FBI agent who’s tracking serial killers. In the first gane, yhe player also controls Victoria’s Grandfather as well, a P.I. in Prague; in the second game the player also controls kidnapped journalist Paloma Hernandez. Varying the character that the player controls allows the game to show you the ‘other’ side of each investigation. The combination of detective story, psycho-thriller, and point-and-click adventure works great, and if you’re a fan of Se7en or The Silence of the Lambs, you should definitely check out the Still Life series. Both games are only $4.99 this weekend.

The Atlantis series is a treat for gamers who enjoy adventures in the spirit of Myst, games that feature magical 3D landscapes, wonderful music, and a great story. The complete Atlantis trilogy is only $12.97 this weekend on GOG.com.

Haegemonia Gold Edition consists of Legions of Iron (the main game) and the expansion: Solon Heritage. It’s an epic sci-fi RTS set during a civil war between Earth and Mars colonies. Pick a side - be it Earth or Mars - and forge a better future for your people. Build, command, and lead your forces in this challenging 3D RTS, where you can eventually build a multi-system empire that pits you against a variety of aliens who all seem to want one thing: everything you have. Pick it up for $4.99 this weekend and enjoy one of the best SF RTS games ever made.

Also, if you’re a fan of either stealth tactical combat or green tights and goatees, you will love the fact that Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood is available for only $4.99. Fans of such titles as Commandos and Desperados will love the combination of strategy, stealth, spying, infiltration, and hand-to-hand combat that Robin Hood, friar Tuck, Little John, and Maid Marian bring to the table in this game. Robin Hood offers not only hours of difficult missions, but a great authentic feeling of being the most righteous thief in human history, all for just $4.99.

Check all these games--and many others--from the Amazing Anuman Set, and do not wait a second--this offer lasts only until Monday, June 11 11:59 PM EDT.
I like solving puzzles in Still Life 2. (still life 1 was much better IMHO, but 2 was still fun).

For instance... if you looked here:

you might think that was a code for something. Its not. But I wonder if it could lead to something? It would in Still Life 2. Maybe even something close? Great game!

Telika: - Post Mortem was quite cool, so I really wanted to play Still Life and Still Life 2. I would have bought them. I can't. Well, I suppose that's okay, as they are in english only : I tend to play adventure games along with my father, who plays the french versions while I play the english ones. So, I still think I would have waited for him to find the french one before starting these.
They aren't in English only. You can play both of them in English, French, German, Italian or Spanish.

I think now is the time to get Robin Hood. Other than that, nothing else does interest me much.

Really ? Still Life's description only mentions english.

It lies. When you go into the install options it gives you multiple language options. You can read about the languages in-game on the boards here - http://www.gog.com/en/forum/still_life/languages_deleted I, myself, purchased the game from here and installed it in French.

Absolutely. I own them both from GOG. The same is true for Robin Hood - the shop description says English only, but you can choose between a couple of languages. I've made a screenshot from the language selection, you can see it as attachment of my post.

I thought it said '42 GB for installation'. Had a mini heart attack there. :p

Ooh. That is great then. I'll wait for the last day to see if I've been lucky enough to have the paypal refill happen fast enough. (If not, I might try to negociate a delayed exchange with some fellow gog-er, we'll see).

Comfort ye, dear fellow, it's only 1,19 GB. ;)
This is the first time ever for me that a promo has happened in which I don't own a single game on the list; not even on disc. I'm very tempted to pick up one or two sets here: SL, Syberia, Robin Hood...I just don't know. Thanks to these people at GOG I still have a tremendous backlog of amazing titles to play. Do I add more to shelves that are brimming with gaming greatness or do I let them digest a bit and wait for room to be made? Decisions, decisions.

Your call on when to buy... but I will say that if you like adventures games... Syberia is a MUST play game. Still Life is pretty good as well, but not quite as epic as Syberia IMHO.

Syberia ranks among Gabriel Knight, longest journey, etc...

Enjoy your backlog, whichever you decide.
I'm not picking it up this time around since I have far too many GOG titles that need to be played still (most of them of epic length). I AM curious what people think of Robin Hood though. i wishlisted it upon release b/c I was intrigued, but I really don't know a great deal about it.
Moto Racer 2
Robin Hood
Syberia

Might get these, not sure though.

Thanks for the input. I'm not an avid adventure game guy but I do fall back on some of the more reputed adventures when I run out of RPGs. I think I'll add both the Syberia series and Still Life. I mean, I guess I'd probably end up buying them at some point anyway, so why not now?

I have both series of GK and LJ and I enjoyed them immensely. If your right and Syberia is of that calibre then I can't lose.

Cheers!

Objection !!!! (Phoenix Wright style)
This is the 4th Anuman promo, so it cannot be the 1st promo with no games already owned.
