I've played a lot of turn based games that I like, but I've never liked those games for being turn based. Would be great if there was a mod that turned JA into a real time game like Back In Action. Never played Back In Action, heard bad things about it like the AI, lack of vehicles and such, but the emphasis on real time I really liked.

I've always wanted to play Duke Nukem 3D, but I'm not really into first-person shooters. Is there a mod to turn it into a point-and-click adventure?

I can't recall any, but there's a few mods that turned it into side-scrolling action games. :P

No. While it is possible to remove the TB restriction, it turns into a mess. See this and this. Problem with it being real time is that you cannot give orders to your mercs, so unless you wish to watch a faster autoresolve, with your mercs playing the role of sitting ducks, this is something that won't be done.
