One of the most memorable and innovative FPS games of all time has just arrived at GOG.com, for just $9.99. Put on your Hawaiian shirt and check out what all the fuss was about back in 2004.
[url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/far_cry]Far Cry is a first-person shooter and the first game developed by Crytek. It was the game that made you say "this water is sooo less realistic than in Far Cry" when you looked at an actual sea or lake after playing it. The graphics look great even after these 5 years, but don't think this title is all about visuals. The gameplay is just great, thanks to an interesting storyline, diverse environments (especially the outdoors) and advanced enemy AI. The story starts off simple - with Jack Carver's boat being blown up by mercenaries, leaving him stranded on a tropical island - and gradually unravels to pit Jack against horrors he never thought were possible.
I would so buy this except for the fact that my crappy geforce 6200 would probably won't run the game well at all, maybe later when i make an upgrade.
You can play this game on GeForce 6200 too. Game has a lot of settings for video cards. Game is great but too long, last levels are pointless and boring the people.

I would buy Far Cry, but I still remember how difficult it was due to the chekpoint save system.
Bought!
Well I was thinking of buying a new game to celebrate my new and functional WAN router, it was going to be darkstar one but I think an FPS would be a nice change of pace.

Heck, I can run this on my integrated grahpics, 1.5 GHz single-core laptop just fine. I know, because I ran it like, just now.
I've already got this on Steam from the now-defunct Ubi pack. Sorry!

Checkpoint save wasn't *that* bad.

I know that the geforce 6200 can run the game, i also know that it won't run very well. Anyway the point is moot since i decided to get Fallout 2 instead.

They normally get released on Tuesdays. Thursdays are usually just for coming soon announcements.
Maybe they didn't have any announcements for today, and decided to release a game instead....but I hope I'm wrong, and we'll be seeing some great announcement later today.
Whoa, Farcrizzle! I wasn't expecting this so soon.
