I've noticed the 'Stamp' collecting button on the GOG front page unchecks/clicks/collects itself when I log back onto my account and then I can recollect the same stamp?

Is the "The Witcher 2 + The Gamers: Director’s Cut" promotion not registering that I've already collected the 1st stamp?

its a glitch

it still counts but for some people the graphic doesnt trigger
