It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Good morning,

here are some issues with the new design:

- on my account tab I sorted my games manually, because the default alphabetical sort order doesn't fit my needs. After the relauch I had to find my manual sorting all messed up. There are blank spaces behind some titles.
- After clicking the Detailpanel for a title I can't move any title to another position.
- Please display the prices again on the wishlist. It makes discount tracing much easier.
- There are no more hints on wishlisted games in the normal game catalogue

Greetings Klaus

I hope someone fix the notification system, because it doesn't quite work like it should...
( Cursor over "Account" it doesn't tell where the notifications are coming from. )

That one seems to be browser specific - Firefox (Gecko) and maybe IE 9 and before

I meant Firefox and pre IE 10 are the ones affected by the issue...

no shit

Still, I'm not leaving GOG. Maybe they figure by this point I'm too in love with the site and the forum members to leave regardless of what they do.

They're right. XD

Yeah, don't worry. I understood what you meant. My "(:P)" was referring that I was one of the unlucky ones, and confirming that Firefox users have this issue with the screenshot... (-_-)

From a design standpoint, I don't like the change to the manner in which game screenshots are handled. The new on-page shots are notably smaller and navigation with the ribbon isn't as fluid - for me - as navigation on the pop-out itself. To get a larger view, a new tab is opened from which you can't directly navigate to other screenies. A bit clunky compared to the old way, which, for what it's worth, worked fine on my phone.

From a function standpoint, I dislike that redeemed gifts no longer show up after clicking the Gifts tab of your library. Would be nice to have an on-site reminder showing what the previous gifts were, and who redeemed them.

^ This^ Yes, for sure it's a step back in both of these

Ditto
While backing up games this weekend, I noticed after clicking on various game covers that the prompt to download the game would stop working and then sometimes bring up a dialogue box to switch to manual sorting. I have to reload the page to get the ability to download more games. This happens on 2 different browsers.

If you use the Stylish add-on (or Greasemonkey), you can get that functionality back with this style - by our own Gydion and ChrisD.

Actually only the pre-revamp redeemed gift codes were cleared, the new ones still get listed as before.
I'd still like the old ones back too though.

If you use the stylish addon you can use this user style to fix it (with thanks to Gydion):

It's actually a bug in their html code, which I talk about here:

That's been happening to me since I joined here (no matter which browser I use), while mildly irritating, it's a small bug that I've pretty much come to accept and mostly ignore. Only difference with me is, I have never had to reload the page to dld the game/file though...just click "cancel", then to proceed to dld. Still, it'd be nice if it didn't occur at all
