A little soul with quite a story to tell.
A Bird Story, a dialog-less heart-touching adventure-short coming from the maker of To The Moon, and set in the same game universe, is available for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux, on GOG.com, for only $4.99.
A Bird Story is a simple, surreal short about a boy and a bird with a broken wing. Despite being narrative-driven like most of Kan Gao's games, the story is told without dialogues. It's a mix between adventure game elements and classic RPG aesthetics with an original soundtrack tailored to the story-driven narrative taking place in To The Moon universe. While Dr. Watts and Dr. Rosalene aren’t in this game (chronologically, it takes place before their time), the boy in it eventually grows up to become their patient in “episode 2″ of the series. Still, you can enjoy the experience with no prior knowledge of the series whatsoever.
