Resil: @KunovskiAM - It’s a bit hard to compare this to anything more than classic team based RPG games like Baldurs Gate, but it won’t be fair - because this game is more of the action driven title than BG was.
How about Dungeon Siege 2, Throne of Darkness or VTM: Redemption? They're all party-based action RPGs, too; DS2 and VTM:R also have a pause button.

RaggieRags: I guess "tactical combat" in the description gave me wrong expectations. Too bad. Still, looks very nice.
Don't get me wrong - by “action driven” I meant that it’s much more dynamic but if you play it on any level higher then normal you will need to use tactic in every fight. You can pause the game and give orders to every character in party and do some really cool strategy. For example - you have the healer but she needs to take HP form some other person to heal the one you need, So it’s about balance and this strange dynamic between your characters to keep everyone alive and to win next battle :)

I admit you're making it sound interesting, and a little different from the norm.
The characters look interesting, that's about it for me though. Combat seems like a slog to go through and knowing cyanide it's probably a buggy mess too.
Taking a peek at existing reviews, the main concern seems to be high difficulty. Hmm.

Thats partially incorrect. The healer needs to convert the life of your party members to regain mana. :)

One thing I like about this game is that you don't have a big arsenal of skills at your hand but rather a small set. But they are really well balanced and gives you a huge amount of tactical possibilities.

Ironically this is one of the best games they made. I haven't encountered any bugs, but I haven't played it a lot so far. But I checked the steam forum and the official one and there aren't many complains and they have only released one small patch so far.

It was very stable and bug-free experience for me :)
Ok so it's not "diablo" or "dungeon siege" action RPG, right ? When you say tactical, you don't mean "syndicate" with fireballs.

Just trying to situate it between arcade and RPG, in a jungle of misleading words usage...

Its a realtime combat system but you can pause any battle at any time you want. Then you can issue new commands, like who needs to be healed or move your party out of harms way. It also features an auto pause system, where you can specify the event when the game pauses. For instance you can specify it to pause when an enemy dies so you don't loose time to acquire a new target in real time.

Like I said above the closest thing for me is Icewind Dale with a rudimentary RPG system. Its pretty rare but stil worth playing.

How's the loot/reward system? Is it possible to grind? Any death spirals?

Cynwäll*, reporting in. No instabuy 'cause I'm not yet sure if it's playable on my PC.

*I'm enough of a fan to have wasted three minutes on that umlaut.
