I think the GOG movie thing is a good idea and a great chance but for me it'll be pretty uninteresting if they're not adding something else besides documentaries. So for example, I just love watching some campy B-Movie shlog once in a while (I watched Deathstalker 2 and Barbarian Queen just yesterday) and I used to watch the not filled with fanservice types of anime and I'd propably watch some troma films. And those movies are not that easy to find, as well, even when you know what your looking for. Or how about some other indie movies like the stuff from the cinema snob or the AVGN movie. I think GOG would be perfect for these kind of movies because the rights for those are most likely dirt cheap or they're public domain, anyway. Seeing this kind of stuff on GOG would be extremely exciting for me - much more then if it's only going to be some artsy indie stuff.
So, is there anything known about how this is going to progress? I'd be interested to know.

GOG just released its first movie (not a documentary). Check it here: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/movie_release_the_history_of_future_folk

Hmm, alright, cool, doesn't look like my cup of tea (straight up comedies are very hit or miss with me) but I guess it's a decent start.

Did anyone alert AVGN about GOG? What does he think about it?
