I'd love to beable to play this game but I remember the graphics being so bad I couldn't actually navigate around properly. Can the resolution be changed so its a little easier on the eyes?

Nope. It's what it is. I had a bit hard time getting used to it as well, but you'll get used to it in a day.

Forget the graphics. Cut off all your limbs and be happy.
