How many devils can dance on one side of a D20?

Dark Dungeons: The Movie, a mock-mockumentary that wants to save your soul by raising awareness of the "satanic cult" that is RPG, is available 40% off on GOG.com. That's only $2.99 for the next 48 hours!

In Dark Dungeons: The Movie, college freshmen Debbie and Marcie are excited to start their new lives at a Pacific Northwest university but after being invited to a Zeta Omega Epsilon party the two suddenly find themselves in the strange and occult world of Role Playing Games. The duo are soon hooked on the highly addictive experience that is RPGing and the game quickly becomes a habit that consumes their lives. After Debbie’s intense pagan training through the RPGs lead her to accept an invitation to join a witches’ coven, her grades begin to plummet and she is in danger of flunking out of college. That's just the beginning of the downward spiral that takes young people dabbling in "role-playing" right to the Devil's doorstep! See the horrors that the contemporary college freshmen are facing daily, and educate yourself to prevent them.

Witness the disturbing truth about the troubled youth and their RPG lifestyle in Dark Dungeons: The Movie, for only $2.99 on GOG.com. The 40% off release discount will last only until Friday, September 26, at 9:59AM GMT.

One other thing - the song at the end of the film would make a lovely extra goodie to include. Please. :)

IAmSinistar: Just watched it, and it was a worthwhile purchase.
All right, got it.
I bought this as soon as it came out a few months ago (this film was Kickstarted). Absolutely hilarious, and glad to see it on GOG. It's a wonderful film if you like tabletop RPGs, and you have any sense of humor.
A few chuckles. Professional YouTube-channel league parody, like something Cracked might do. Looked like it was fun to make. I'm sure cast and crew enjoyed themselves.

For my money, Darque Dungeon is still king of Chick Tract parody.

Kunovski: this... actually sounds good :)

and it gave me a thought - how about introducing Felicia Day's "The Guild"?
Oh, I like that idea

Might just pick this one up as well
Had looked at the website for this just last week, great to see it here & bought. Much more interesting than Documentaries :)

rodrolliv: I'm sure all of them will be pleased ;) http://www.gog.com/wishlist/movies/dark_dungeons

Granted, many more who knew about it but didn't vote are probably happy for seeing it here.
You know, if one asshole hadn't flooded the wishlist with household titles straight off imdb, the community would have had an easier time voting for interesting movies they actively want to see here.

A parody of the famous Jack Chick tract. D&D & G.U.R.P.S. are also parodied. You'll need to maximize to read all the text. I posted the comic on my website (I never was really satisfied with the "movie" version since everybody reads at different speeds.)

From A Company of Wolves (Dark Dungeons art w/ new word balloons added): 3rd Edition- A Tool of Satan?
I can't really express how pleased I am to see this title on GOG. :)
Yes I wrote the the studio asking them to bring it to GOG ... and wrote to GOG asking them to talk to the studio...

SO glad it panned out!

This is a must buy for me ... and in fact buying now :)

Glad you liked it! I miss the days when LiveJournal drama was king.
Oh boy... I expected this one to be good, but it was BETTER! Awesome film, GOG, just awesome! More of this please. :D

And all the little references? So sweet... "stay away from the steam tunnels!" "I use magic missile to attack the darkness!", attacking the gazeebo etc... Gold. Pure gold.

#1it is. And unless GOG releases the AVGN Movie soon, this one is gonna stay there for quite a while, methinks.
