JoshuaHelms88: I'm on a Mac, can I use any of these games? If so, what do I have to do to get them working properly?
crazy_dave: For most of the DOSBox games,
Boxer on a Mac is a great choice - it's very easy to use and just great overall. Here is a list of most if not all DOSBox games:
http://www.gog.com/en/mix/games_using_dosbox For Windows games I would recommend,
Wineskin. It's free and very nice to use. Here is a list of games some users have tested on a Mac. It is by no means exhaustive for GOG games that work on a Mac.
http://www.gog.com/en/mix/mac_friendly_gog_games_4 http://www.gog.com/en/mix/gog_games_on_a_mac_and_how This guys has some tutorials on how to get games working using WINE (wineskin) and also pre-made wineskin wrappers for many GOG games.

Yes, as he so wonderfully pointed out, pretty much any DOSBox or SCUMMVM-based game on GOG can be played with little effort on the Mac; all you need to do is run the installer from within WINE/CrossOver/Wineskin or use
Universal Extractor to get at the data files. There's a running
database right now of all GOG games which use DOSBox which you can use as a guide.
And of course, there's my own GOG mix which is here:
http://www.gog.com/en/mix/mac_friendly_gog_games_4 - many of the games mentioned there work great on an old-school GMA 950 MacBook so they should work with just about any other Intel Mac out there.
