I remember this one but never had a possibility to buy it - just played the demo of it and was quite good.

Since GOG is no longer just about old games, it doesn't matter if a game is older even than one year. What matters is who got the rights to the game? Sega through their acquisition of Relic Entertainment? Microsoft? Both of them? Sold to someone third? Unfortunately, when more than one company is involved in the rights ownership of the game, the whole situation can become a real mess.

As to the likelihood of GOG getting it here, I know there's a thread about rights wherein a few people were doing research on various games... hmm, dratted search...let me see if I can find it.

It wasn't a very good game. It was a clever premise, but only an average execution. During my ill advised games purge when I was clearing my stuff for a move, I sold it for 20p to Gamestation. I should have sold it for more, apparently I could have got £20 for it, but I really didn't begrudge Gamestation for it. It was something I'd never play again.
