Wow, talk about plans taken from cliched films.
The robbers stole a helicopter (!) and they jumped onto the roof of the depot and took a bunch of money. Then they escaped on their getaway vehicle and flew off. And get this-- they even put explosives in the police helicopter hangar to stop them from chasing the robbers in the air!
Wow. That is cool. Even though stuff got stolen.
I bet they learned it all from that evil grand theft auto game!
Points for sheer gall though

I sat watching that story on the news over lunch. It's pretty surreal.
Hollywood blockbuster based on this heist in 2011? Thats really crazy though.

And a robbery based on the blockbuster a year later. It's a self perpetuating sequel machine.
HMMMMMMMM am I the only one thinking conspiracy here?
where is the batman when you need one....
one word to describe it: AWESOME! they earned it :)
I hope they had a video camera with them, that would make the MOST EPIC documentary EVER.
In Sweden?! Nothing ever happens in Sweden.
Kudos to their awesomeness though.

HMMM you may be onto something. I'm just speculating here but perhaps the money they stole is the fund for the movie based on the robbery for which they stole the money for the movie.
Thats pretty much what I was thinking. They get back into the chopper and take off saying "Well thats the post production budget taken care of"

Maybe they'll be using the cash for a nice new camera.
Just saw in the television that they may have stolen up to 1 billion swedish kronor :O Which is the same as 146.3 million USD. So it's not like they couldn't afford that camera Michael.

Well... if you see them robbing another bank, tell them to contact me and send me that camera.
Wow! That's almost as cool as the Craigslist inner tube robber from last year.
Who needs Hollywood these days?
