Update: It appears that the game listings have been fixed now.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A friend went on the GOG site today who does not have a GOG account and went to view all games and no
matter what we did, there were countless games that just did not show up in the list at all. I
tried on my computer also both logged in and logged out and got the exact same results. Some
examples of games that do not show up are Thief 2 and 3, only WIng Commander Privateer shows up of
all the Wing Commander games, and countless others are missing. There doesn't appear to be any
way to bring them up unless you know the URLs or bookmarked them. I assume this is a bug in the GOG
website but wanted to post here to get feedback prior to filing a support request. Due to this
glitch, many games wont be visible at all to many potential customers. It's probably just a
glitch leftover from the holiday season or something I guess.
I can put together a larger list of games I know are missing by using my purchased games catalogue
and my wishlist (where the games do all show up), but that'll take some time and effort so I wont
do that unless GOG needs the info, but really anyone should be able to see this problem and
figure out what's missing if they have a master list.
Comments?
Update: I just spent an hour putting together a massive list of games that are missing, close to
100 or more titles. I did not copy and paste it into a text file and just submitted it as an update
here and GOG's <expletive deleted> antispam software or whatever deleted my <expletive
deleted> post and I lost the entire <expletive-deleted> list and it also logged me out for more
awesomeness. No way am I wasting more personal time putting together another list as it was a
huge PITA to do. If someone else wants to put together a list, I will update this post again with
what shows up in the comments. I hope they get their shit together with the antispam stuff, this
is getting annoying to have posts deleted.

I double checked what you stated and experienced the same exact thing. I'm sure it could be hindering potential customers, but after looking at it, I think there are quite a few missing. I noticed Quest for Glory was missing too - which would've been something that I would've joined GOG for to have, had I not already been here when it came out.

Wing Commander 1,2,3,4
Anachronox
Quest For Glory
Deponia
Duke Nukem 1 & 2
Dungeon Keeper 2
Legacy of Kain, Soul Reaver 1,2
Little Big Adventure 1, 2

and quite a few more... These are some of the bigger named games I noticed at a glance.
I didn't check all of them, but Quest for Glory and Thief 2+3 are certainly missing from the list when I look at it.
Lol, now even the GOG catalogue is broken... :D
There was something weird happening earlier today where it would list each game twice when you tried to search for it. I wonder if these problems are related.
Went to take a look at Gothic 3 and couldn't find it in the GOG catalog.

Yeah, I experienced that also but thought it might be due to a browser plugin I was using. I disabled the script and it didn't change though. I meant to try it in another browser to be sure but forgot. Good to know someone else saw it too.

I am guessing GOG is in the process of updating the website and testing it live instead of in a non-production environment. That sounds like a costly err though, as many of those games are $10 or more that aren't showing up, which is lost sales or delayed sales at best. Also, someone might go over the catalogue and not find things, see that the total games (494 right now) haven't changed and not go through the list again.

Oh, I did go ahead and submit a support request to them to notify them of the missing games too. I'll post an update when I hear back from them, probably tomorrow sometime.

Some games aren't showing in the search bar (over there in the top right corner) either. For example, try searching for the game Pid. You will not find it.

edit: And I didn't even know it existed (at all nor on this site) until I saw it on the frontpage yesterday, so I know it's definitely there.

It's definitely there: http://www.gog.com/gamecard/pid

I experienced something similar with the catalog when browsing for the Christmas Screenshots. But after refreshing a few times things were alright. Doesn't seem to be the case now.
I was looking for Legend of Grimrock, Inquisitor and Alan Wake, but I couldn't find them.
'New & Coming' has also been playing up recently: Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising is currently top of its list, but according to the GOG Wiki it was released on GOG in 2008.

EDIT: Ah, there's a staff comment over here. (Let's hope I can post links on a rep. of 11...)

Something is seriously wigging out. Dungeon Keeper 2 doesn't show up when searching nor can it be found under the Catalog (normally right around Alpha Centauri's position). Neither does Theme Hospital! What the crunch?!
Also Trine!
Maybe those games want some privacy?
You can get to their gamecards if you already own them (by clicking them on shelf), but it isn't really useful for potential customer.
