Antaniserse, I agree: that is an annoyance... and an unnecessary one too, in my opinion... they took small, simple DOS games and wrapped them up in Win32 self-installers... :-/
I always said that unmodified game files/ISO images/floppy images etc. should be added as extras.

No no, GOG still only DOSBox and ScummVM. Other things exist but aren't used by GOG.
