Pretty much. I'm seriously considering Wargame, but the way things work, it's either that or Freespace.

Sounds fun. Personally, I'm a fan of Freespace 2. It's a pretty fun space shooter. Not to mention, it gives you a more rounded selection, since you've already got a strategy game in the form of Alpha Centauri. Though I suppose if you're a strategy fan, that's hardly a bad thing. Something to consider, I suppose.

On further inspection, though, there is something to be said of the $15 nuclear option. Jade Empire is a tempting pick, and having just won TLJ, Dreamfall is another viable option... This suddenly got even more confusing. I GUESS A BIT OF ROWDY OBSERVER INTERVENTION WOULD NOT BE UNWELCOME, nudgenudgesaynomore.

If I were you, I'd steer well clear of Dreamfall. The Longest Journey is great. Dreamfall, on the other hand, not so much. The story is a mess and the gameplay is even worse. No joke, it now has stealth and combat mechanics, and the both of them are absolutely terrible. I doubt they could've designed clunkier mechanics if they were trying. It's all around a rather terrible game.

Jade Empire's pretty good, though. At least from what I've seen of it.

Oh, and as for the Dick Move clause, I say go for it. Shitty games have their own smelly charm. A bit like old people.

YEAH! There is much to be said for the chance of getting a game that no-one wants! You should definitely make your list come under 16dollar. Why couldn't you work that out for yourself you incompetant parasite?
