Bumping this again because I'm honestly curious if there have been any further updates. I had meant to get this one, but it was never top of the list for my wants, so I ended up missing it. I'd love to be able to pick it up in the future if possible.

Also Re-Volt IIRC that one was only removed because there were issued where the publisher had used a community patch without permission or something
It seems disappointing that something can't be sorted out with them...
Oh well, it's on MY shelf anyway!

Then when Republic: The Revolution was removed, wasn't there hope that it wouldn't be gone for long? That was back in 2011!

Plus ObsCure (and the sequel) have re-appeared on Steam under the developer's indie label rather than the original publisher, seems like that could be potentially get-able too... (assuming it IS global rights and it's not region locked-out anywhere, I guess)

Hey guys,

Sorry for not responding to this earlier. I asked the relevant people here at GOG and they are still actively pursuing this. We do still want to bring back the game and we're hopeful that we'll be able to do this at some stage.
