Round 13: The Witcher conquered by Two Worlds
The Witcher: Enhanced Edition was clearly the favorite of this round of Battle of the Games leaving Two Worlds as the underdog. However, you--gamers!--certainly didn’t disappoint, and thanks to your votes, Two Worlds is the unexpected victor in the 13th round of Battle of the Games. You can explore a vast and diverse world for only $3.99 or kill monsters for a living as Geralt from Rivia for $5.99 for the next 24 hours.

Round 14: Little Big Adventure vs Another World
Two adventures from out of this world fight for the 60% discount.
Little Big Adventure is a stunning adventure gem that follows the story of Twinsen, prophet and savior. Cross continents, explore secrets, meet a variety of crazy characters, solve clever puzzles with multiple solutions, and finally complete Twinsen’s adventure, hopefully 60% off.
Another World: 15th Anniversary Edition is one of those titles that gamers will remember forever. Stranded on an alien world, you’ll need to use your wits, guts and dexterity to overcome all sorts of deadly obstacles. It’s a survival game, an action platformer, and a wonderful adventure, now looking better than ever: remastered and bundled with lots of goodies.

Two masterpieces, only one can win--Vote now!

For each day between June 19 and July 5, two games will battle one on one and you will decide which title wins. VOTE NOW! Just voted for LBA. Never played any of the 2 games, and don't intend to, but i just wanna support the underdog :D
I get the feeling most people are voting according to the original prices. If Another World wins, a more expensive game (than Little Big Adventure) becomes very inexpensive and LBA, a game that's already cheap, becomes even cheaper with a 40% discount.

You have to play LBA.... it's one of the best games ever !
It's sequel is even better !
Yes! LBA is a great game!
Another world may have been just as groundbreaking in its time, but I'm lacking the extremely high frustration tolerance that you need for that game.
LBA it is.
On my GOG wishlist since my first day here. One of the first PC games in my life. Sweet nostalgia.
I don't think I ever got past the first level of "Another World" back in the day, so now that I'm older and wiser, looking forward to giving this gem another try. Might get LBA too, it looks fun and seems to have aged incredibly well.

Another world gets my vote. It was a magical experience and i enjoyed the whole game.
But these two games have somthing in common: awkward controls with lots of repetition every time you mess up.

Another World is short and boring. You can literally play it through in like 15 minutes.
Little Big Adventure is amazing and fun and not super short.
It's really no contest.

Red_Avatar: Yes, Another World was amazing at the time but it's a game of trial and error, replaying the same parts over and over and it's really pretty short. LBA, on the other hand, is still brilliant, huge, challenging and clever.
Come to think of it, somehow Another World reminds me quite much of LIMBO, at least the little I can remember of AW when I finished it in the 90s.

If I can be very honest, I didn't find Limbo that good. As was the case with Another world, the style and presentation was outstanding but the actual GAME was rather ... meh. I mean, is it really fun having to replay the same part over and over and over and over until you figure out what you're suppose to do? I mean, a lot of the solutions aren't even that clear until you've died half a dozen times. That's the kind of gameplay that got criticized a lot during the CD-ROM days of the 90s so I don't see why we should suddenly glorify it.

If I look at LBA, I can admit that it's incredibly hard in places but it's also very smart and highly enjoyable.
Another World is a great game back then, It's good to see the remastered version on GOG. So it's got my vote! :)
