Children: the Veal of Cannibals
Looking on activity of modding community, I won't be surprised if after this discussion we'll see mod "Child devourer" for Witcher 3 :]

Oddeus: Not sure what he eats, because I didn´t play the games*. But I heard he f***s everything that has a heartbeat.

*You want to know why I don´t want to play the games? Well, a picture says more than a thousand words: http://d3u67r7pp2lrq5.cloudfront.net/product_photos/46794898/WitcherKalender2017Web4_klein_original.jpg

skeletonbow: Except that isn't a picture from the game, it is someone cosplaying. Granted, it is cosplaying/recreating a scene from the beginning of the game, but it's still cosplaying nonetheless. :)
My fault :) Here is the real stuff:

tinyE: Has Cronus been mentioned yet?
That's not a game, however. :P
Otherwise, also this (depending on interpretations):
Count Ugolino

Now, if the OP had asked about spuds...
It took a while, but here we finally have it, folks - the best thread ever on the GOG forums.
Spuds? Like potatoes?

Yes. I was referring to a bit in TW2 where it's possible to overhear some NPCs speculating about what witchers eat.
Its Chicken

Looks like someone should have gone to spec-savers.

In Chapter I, outside of Flotsam inn, these three fine gentlemen discuss what a witcher eats.

I heard, one of Geralt´s potions requires children foreskins as ingredient.

tinyE: the only holiday I celebrate anymore.

I don't even do birthdays anymore
Silly you. Only Jesus and Muhammad have their own holidays.

Oddeus: Wasn´t there a cannibal perk in the Fallout games? Can´t remember how it worked. Maybe a mod was necessary to be able to kill a npc that wasn´t an adult.
avatar
dtgreene: It appears, according to a quick Google search, that such a perk exists in modern Fallout. I assume killing children is not possible in those games without a mod, seeing as how Bethesda went out of their way to prevent doing so in Skyrim.

(I consider Fallout 3 to be the first modern Fallout, as the gameplay style is completely different from that of earlier entries in the series, and I suspect most people familiar with the series would agree.)
Yes, there's a perk that allows you to eat people in the modern Fallout games. There are also hunters/scavenger that'll sell you "strange meat"—which is heavily implied to be human—in Fallout 3, and a nice lady that will offer you strange meat pie; if one wishes one could imagine that it came from a child, I suppose. Finally there is a quest and an item that allows you to eat humanoid meat in Skyrim. There're also vampires, but I don't suppose those count.
