As ne_zavarj showed above, this was the case with Witcher 2, but there is currently no official word on the matter.

Yes, pre-download for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is planned on GOG.com. More details will be announced as we get closer to the release.

Stop spamming here and go take your complaints to the third party website where you bought it.

I bought my copy from here, about 5 secs after it went up after the news conference about a year ago...

I'm sure they will let us pre-load well in advance of release, however, it is a little frustrating to know that a company who prides itself on it's PC userbase and encouragement of purchasing drm free games from their partnered site is letting console users already pre-load well in advance of those of us who purchased from gog without even giving us at least a time table now 3 weeks from launch. Like I said though I'm sure that is all coming very soon and this is just a minor annoyance at best.

Sure :-)
But this guy was not crying because of being impatient. He bought Witcher 3 from a shady keyseller who had used stolen credit cards. So his copy was cancelled and now he wants gog to give him the game back ;-)

Carloen: Have you solved your problem now,if still not,you ask gog help center.
Jesus Christ, dude, this thread is over 2 years old. Any pre-load problems someone might have had literally solved themselves the second the game was officially released.

And the guy you quoted with your painfully generic tip didn't even have a problem, he just expressed a little annoyance about the timing of the pre-load.

Which makes it all the more difficult to solve. I think contacting support might be his only option.

Seriously though, Carloen is most likely a spambot and his post was missing a link due to GOG's low-rep-no-links settings. We've had a few that necro old threads with posts that seem relevant at first glance, but with obviously missing spam links. Like so:
