So I thought it was just trolls... or maybe angry people looking for a reason to complain. But it seems CDP had to neuter the game so it would work on the consoles and the PC players are made to suffer for it.

I really thought it was all BS, then again I only saw the 2013 trailer once.... in 2013! Looking back I can see the massive change in graphics. I understand CDP had to remove everything awesome to make it work on the consoles (especially the weak-box errr Xbox, but why hurt the PC player base?

Why not admit it, and then promise to release the features in a patch/DLC for PC players like other games have Skyrim, Dragon Age, and Sacred) They sort of accepted that they neutered their games graphically for one reason or another and attempted to fix it post release.

I'm still going to play it and love it but it looks like a modded Skyrim now compared to 2013.

Reducegate sounds funny... but also I don't care all that much just never looked into it until now... I've been staying away from any media concerning Witcher 3. Still have yet to see any more then 2 trailers beyond the ones in that post i linked.

I will love it no matter what... just wondering why the secrecy and no clear response other than "its coming in a few days be happy" but yeah now that i search the forums... it seems to be pretty apparent i am no where near the first. ^_^

Believing a a teaser/trailer will actually look like the final game is like believeing what politician promise you during an electoral campaign...

Get over it, people. CDRP did nothing wrong. They made a game that works on 3 platforms that will look far better and have tons more graphical options on PC than XBONE or PS4.

It would have looked better if made for PC alone, but it wouldn't have been the same game either. Nor would it have even been made b/c they need to actually sell the game to recoup losses from making the game.

Games are made with resources. Resources are scarce. I'm sure they did the best they could to make the best game they could (reviews indicate that it's a heck of a game).

If you can't understand those concepts, then I'd recommend that you stop reading the gaming news. It's making a lot of people get upset over nothing and making even more people look foolish.

What you have is a (according to reviewers) great game with great graphics. Enjoy the moment.
