I am so frustrated, everytime I play the game on my pc, the voices are fine but the people move in slow motion. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem. I checked all the requirments and my computer meets them all. I am playing on windows 8.1

Already sent a message to support and have not heard back from them.
From options find the display/graphics category. Post processing and graphics. Put them both to LOW scale and in each one of them individually, simply deactivate whatever it can be deactivated. Even that VSync and antialiasing. Remember to lower resolution to the minimum possible and keep game in full screen.

Hope this will help you. Initially, for me, game was like 5 times slower than normal, felt almost like playing an MMO during a very heavy lag day, getting stuck in motion etc. Now its speed is much better and almost on par with NORMAL speed on rig with correct specs to play this game normally.

Last but not least, remember to update your graphics card drivers and download latest version of direct x 11.

Thank you so much for the information, I will try your suggestions. Yes I did make sure I had the directx 11.
