It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Mac OS X ver. 10.9.4, Firefox: No sign-in / log-in issue or problems downloading. I pretty much never log off from this computer.
Windows XP 32-bit, Firefox: Issue with sign-in / log-in, but I have no problems downloading anything. I regularly log off GOG and clean my cache on that computer.

Grargar: Can you check your version?
avatar
tinyE: How?
Find what version of Firefox you are using
avatar
tinyE: How?
avatar
Grargar: Is there an orange button called "Firefox" at the upper-left corner of your browser? If yes, click on it, select Help and then "About Firefox" and it should show you your version.
Yeah it said Firefox 35.0

Crewdroog: I have no galaxy account.

I have downloaded, navigated my wishlist, PM'd successfully and have had no other problems with the site. I am using the current version of firefox.

I hope this helps in some way, and I hope you all get this fixed soon.

HypersomniacLive: Are you in the habit of logging out of your GOG account or/ and clearing cache and cookies?
I am not in the habit on both questions, however I did logout and back in before posting to make sure that wasn't the issue.

The last time I had cookies removed from the 'puter was when i had to do a factory reset about a month ago b/c of bsod.

HypersomniacLive: OK, I"m posting using the latest vanilla SWare Iron.

I have the very common now issue of seeing the "sign in" or "log in" buttons instead of my account button on the top bar, but aside from this, I have access to the contents of my account.

So, the first conclusion would be that it's a bug affecting all browsers but the Chrome based ones.
I'm also getting the bugs with Internet Explorer 10 and Opera 12.17, so it would seem a valid conclusion.

tinyE: Yeah it said Firefox 35.0
Seems to be the latest one.

Yes, is says I'm updated. I'm a tech idiot I don't know what I'm trying to figure out here all I know is Galaxy doesn't work for me and yet I don't suffer this problem and yet I'm seeing Galaxy mentioned by a lot people who are having my problem. Jesus, maybe my OS being so old and broken down has saved me this bug.
Got the same problem, i can't access my games, library looks like it's loading all the time. Don't have problems with log in/sign in buttons. I checked both on firefox and IE, and problem is the same. I didn;t participate in Galaxy alpha (don't even know what it is ;p). I did all steps from the other topic (checking .net, deleting data from gog.com in AppData etc.) and nothing helped.

And that may what saved you from entering the club. What browser and system are you on?
Got this problem too.
Here is some more info.

have a laptop where this problem started to show up.
I think that this happened after I did reset my browser cache.
I did reset my my browser (Mozilla Firefox) because i am unable to check out and complete a purchase in it.
The checkout page is just empty in Firefox (tried on 2 different computers).
Later I checked in other browsers (IE-9 and Opera 12.17) in these i can check out, but in neither I can access my account normally. (I mostly uses Firefox so did not care for updating these 2 browsers.)

Now I have a desktop computer here, where GOG still is in working condition. on Mozilla Firefox.
So decided to try and see if I cold make it work on my laptop again. Using data from my desktop.

So did exit Mozilla on botch computer's.
Then i deleted the files for Mozilla's entire config setup and Cache data from my laptop, and made a backup of it.
Next I did copy everything from my desktop to my laptop.
Now when I started Mozilla everything in my account seems to be working correctly again on my laptop.

So If you reset your browser. The error can likely be reproduced.

Edit I forgot to say that I tried installing GOG's galxy and that did not help

I guess we just have to wait. All who are spared, why are you even bothering posting here? To boast?

To help? Try and isolate the problem to find what exactly is causing it?
