It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

HypersomniacLive: It's also quite possible that it has to do with whether one logs out or not - you don't, IIRC, and others that don't either said they've had no issues (like adaliabooks), I do, so perhaps the GOG Server is communicating something incorrectly, practically locking me out of my account.
Me too, I always log out when I'm done here. EDIT: And clear cache & cookies.

got the problem too, but it doesn't annoy me that much
Thanks Hypersomniac for creating the thread. He already linked me mentioning the problem in this thread, I'm posting here as well just to keep information in one place for this particular issue.

So I'm having trouble accessing my account since yesterday. When I open the library page the swirling icon never stops, half of my games don't show and the rest remain unresponsive to all input. Same goes for all account pages. Graphics load but I can not interact at all. Logout/login and account refresh don't make any difference.

Edit: I'm using Firefox 35, on an WinXP machine, no Galaxy.

Ghostbreed: How do we even know if have Galaxy or not? I know I opt into something when I got Shitien verus Shitador for free a while back but other than that my account looks like it always has since I started here in 2010.
I had to scratch my head for a while before figuring out which game you're referring to. XD

Did you install that game? I think that it automatically installs Galaxy - look in your Program Files, if you haven't uninstalled the game yet.
If you did install it and then uninstalled it, you may be in the same boat as us that participated in the Witcher Adventure Beta.

Even though I already tried it before and it failed, I'm going to log in using a vanilla version of SWare Iron (that's a Chrome fork) to see if I can reproduce Grargar's experience.

See you all in a bit.
Serious Post.
I'm confused by Galaxy. I thought it automatically came with certain games and was automatically installed. I know I've seen reference to it in my files especially when trying to get it to work (which it never did). It still ask me about it when I play certain titles but I just click on 'play offline'. So is it on my system or not, and if so why isn't it screwing my account up like it is others? Have those of you with problems ever actively used Galaxy before?

Oh man, that was as I said some time back. I've also reinstalled my PC at least two times since then.
I no longer have it though. Told GOG to remove it, so they did.

One question; what browser are you using?

Firefox. I don't know when the last time it was updated. Also if it matters Win 7 and my computer is a relative fossil.

I have HypersomniacLive's exact same problems.
My library, messages and settings sections are completely broken (see again HypersominacLive's post for screenshots, mine are identical).

I am using Windows 7 64 bit, the latest version of Firefox and I am not partcipating in the Alpha version of Galaxy, though I installed both the Witcher adventure beta and AvP 2000.

Can you check your version?

Wait, does 35 sound right?

OK, I"m posting using the latest vanilla SWare Iron.

I have the very common now issue of seeing the "sign in" or "log in" buttons instead of my account button on the top bar, but aside from this, I have access to the contents of my account.

So, the first conclusion would be that it's a bug affecting all browsers but the Chrome based ones.
I'm not having any problems.

I've tried logging in and out in Firefox to replicate the issues others are having but have only managed to have the bug with the account link.

I didn't do the Witcher Adventure Game Beta but have got the AvP and Galaxy, and haven't signed up to the Galaxy Alpha.
I'm on Chrome (but as mentioned I've tried Firefox too). I don't usually log out of my account but have tested doing so to see if it makes a difference and haven't had any trouble.
I also didn't buy any games since the new batch arrived (not sure if that has anything to do with it?).

I'm stumped.

tinyE: How?
Click Help and in that menu About.

Is there an orange button called "Firefox" at the upper-left corner of your browser? If yes, click on it, select Help and then "About Firefox" and it should show you your version.
