I am pretty sure this game is carrying Piranha Bytes signature.
But, sorry, Lone_Scout--it is for certain "Risen" (the first one).
Both the grainy textures and the glowing blue crystals are obviously from "Risen"!

That's the boss robot Razorbeard is piloting at the end of Rayman 2. But it must be a screen not from a PC due to how pixelated it looks.

Now that I look at the first screen again, I recognize it as the first phase arena of the boss fight. Couldn't really make it out at first due to the quality.

It is Rayman 2, specifically from this scene (the first screen)

The video also has quality worthy of a PC :). foxgog's screens are probably from the PS1 version.

But I'll have to cede my turn to somebody else, as I won't be at my PC until Sunday.

So whoever feels like it can have a go. Probably kalirion or let foxgog decide.

I am sorry for my late response.
Yes, it is indeed from "Rayman 2 The Great Escape". And you correctly identified it as the Playstation 1 version of it (hence, the low resolution).

Attached are some more screenshots, one from the outside perspective of this boss enemy, another one with a character and their Rayman-typical floating hands, and finally Razorbeard himself.

According to idbeholdME it is now a wild card available for anyone to continue!
