I am 99% sure those are Necrons, but there are so many 40K games I can't really pinpoint it just from that (cutscene?) image.

I'll throw a random guess: Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus? Seeing as Necrons are central to that game. Played that one, but can't remeber if this image is from that game.

It would perhaps have been a little too easy if I showed the gameplay itself, at least initially. It's a loading screen of sorts: should you get pounced upon when navigating your units from above through a dungeon, the foe appears and fills the screen, only to wipe down, beginning the combat portion.

Will probably be easy to anyone that's played the game, but here goes:

Looks like a Film Noir game, but one I'm not familiar with.

Nope.

Hmm, at first I thought it might be Larva Mortus but screenshot seems more advanced graphically. It does still look very familiar though.
