Looks like some sort of Stardew Valley clone? I'm not familiar enough at the genre and a quick google image search for "Stardew Valley clone" or "Games like Stardew Valley" didn't help, so I'll likely be sitting this one out.

If that's the Moskito's Nest level in the screenshot, then it's what made me give up on the game.
