great game, so many singularities that I've remember:

- 3d accelerated graphics card required (I was so happy when I bought my 3dfx voodoo 3 2000 and the game works)
- Multiplayer based video game
- benchmark reference (for 3d accelerated graphic cards and then video cards)

of course q3a had shared all of those features with Unreal Tourntament.
