Ritualisto: The Settlers: Rise of Cultures (because it is only available in German language)
Well since this game is not available though other digital stores I guess not in. Please let me know if I'm wrong.
System Shock 2

almabrds: - Final Fantasy series (the old games being released in Steam, ignoring GOG as option)
- Spore (unless the devs have changed their mind about DRM)
- BioShock series
- Resident Evil series
- Mass Effect series
- Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
- Fable series
- L.A. Noire
I don't know what might stop 2K & Microsoft from joining GOG revolution. As for the Bloodlines do you think that Source engine games have some special magic binding to Steam, what about Consortium?
I for one believe (want to) that EA is to bring here Dragon Age along with Mass Effect, they probably discussing it now ;)

Bavarian: Hatred

I don't really need to explain why, do I?
Not sure. Indie developers like to collect money on Steam and then later get some more cash on GOG. So why not?

Don't you know of Bethesda recent release on GoG? Or the many Starwars title of LucasArts this year?

SolarisLunaris: Assassin's Creed after the first game, Rayman Legend, Prince of Persia : The Forgotten Sands because Uplay.
Doubt it, old games are learning to live without UPlay.

avatar
SolarisLunaris: Blood Omen 1, seems on legal limbo.
Not in, it's not available anywhere else, GOG has nothing to do with it.

Imperium Galactica 2 (devs seem to dont give a XXXX about PC anymore)
Gearbox made games (seems to be in bed with Steam)
Leisure Suit Larry 4 will definitely *never* be released on GOG.com for sure.
