Four copies of FEAR:

- Retail CD release
- Retail DVD release
- Retail DVD release that came in a combo pack with the expansion
- GOG digital release
Probably Gothic series.

I got them as they were released, then got individual d/l backups, then Gothic Universe, then consolidated them all with another d/l back up of the whole franchise.
Fallout 1 + 2 + Tactics - 3x each (German retails, English retail trilogy, GoG versions)
it would be four times if the DVD collection with German language would be still available, but the one sold here by now is English and I already got the English trilogy as a UK-Import.

Is it clear that I love Fallout?

Tiny & Big - 3x : GoG, Humble Bundle, Indie Royale

I own a lot of games twice but usually sell or gift my retail versions when I got a multi-language digital release or a proper working language patch.

I owned Neverwinter Nights 3 times already due to all the different versions (Normal, Gold, Diamond edition).

Primordia. 117 regular copies, a GOG copy, and a physical copy.

Matewis: Dawn of War series definitely. For some reason I bought two anthologies resulting in me having 2 copies each of Dawn of War, Winter Assault and Dark Crusade. Only one copy of Soulstorm though, not that I would want any more.

And after initially overlooking the completely obvious in my case: 4 copies of Sacred 2:

- Retail Sacred 2 and Blood & Ice Expansion
- Same again (just in case I ran out of activations of the above - but now I don't touch DRM at all)
- Sacred 2 Gold on GamersGate
- Sacred 2 Gold on GOG
Titan Quest
1) Purchased on Steam
2) Part of a THQ Pack on Impulse
3) Part of the Humble THQ Bundle (not the gold version this time)
4) Added into a Dawn of War Franchise Pack on Amazon for some reason
Oblivion. I have two cd copies and one ps3. I bought a used xbox and am considering getting that version too. I won't get it on steam, but if it came to gog I'd totally buy it.
Terraria: gog, ps3 and xbox. The console versions I got for free, and they SUCK. PC for the win on this one.

I have many other games I own two copies of: FO:NV/3, borderlands 1&2, risen, fable... If I love the game I'll try it on all platforms to see which is best. Like oblivion is best on pc, but fall outs are best on console.
Am I the only one afraid to ask Starmaker why she has 117 copies of one game? :P

Starmaker: Primordia. 117 regular copies, a GOG copy, and a physical copy.
and why 117 copies ?
or is it just a very prudent back up practise in action ?

...then again if i could get my hands on 117 retail copies of vampire bloodlines or oblivion it would be a no brainer for me

Nope same here o.O
Elder Scrolls for me no doubt:

Morrowind (Vanilla)
Morrowind (Bloodmoon Expansion)
Morrowind GOTY Edition

Oblivion Vanilla
Oblivion Shivering Isles
Oblivion Knights of the Nine DVD Version
Oblivion Knights of the Nine CD Version (DVD version only includes multiple languages)

Skyrim (2011 release)
Skyrim Legendary Edition

Elder Scrolls Anthology - Bought for the nice packaging.

Still missing Oblivion CE and 5th Anniversary boxes, might get them eventually.

InfraSuperman: The one with robots or the one with zombies?
Zombies.
I'm ashamed to say that the most I have of any game is one copy.
