We all have big game collections (for the most part, sorry if you don't) and if your anything like me you got a few duplicates of games you really like but which one do you have the most of?

-

After looking at my combined collection I got 3 copies of Fallout 1:
1 I got in a triple Fallout collection Pack (wanted to try the game)
1 I got at a thrift store for $0.99 (was too cheap to say no too)
and 1 from the gog giveaway. (ah the sweetness of drm-free)

Strangely enough I haven't played it much till yesterday (got the water chip for my first time!) and have been really enjoying! :)
I think it's Zork and Civilization 4. 3 times each.

Zork: Bought it physically as part of an Infocom compilation, got it for free with a magazine, and bought it again here.

Civ 4: Bought it physically twice: When it came out and later in an edition containing all the expansions, and more recently on Steam (I think it was in a bundle) .

I've got lots of games twice, too much to remember them all or to list them here.
Let's see here.

As a kid I had Simcity for DOS, SNES and later the Windows version. I've got Warcraft 2: Tides of Darkness, Warcraft 2: Beyond the Dark Portal and 2 copies of the Battle.net edition. I've got Megaman X5 for PS1 and the obscure Windows version.

I have a couple of games on both Gog and Steam. Rise of the Triad and Alan Wake are two; I think there are a couple of others but I can't be bothered to look it up right now.

Yeah, thanks for those, by the way! They were right next to all those KISS solo albums. I have 'em all in my garage now.
What games do I have the most copies of, or what game have I bought the most copies of?

-- The latter is probably Riven.

The first copy I bought was in French (I figured it was just the packaging and perhaps manual when I saw it in the store), so there was little use for me trying to play that one (same with the copy of Deus Ex I bought at the same time). It was a "Ubi Soft Exclusive Collection" release, for Windows only, bought in Belgium.

The second copy was a second-hand copy bought here in Sweden, in very similar "Ubi Soft Exclusive" packaging as the French one, except with text in English, Dutch, and Italian, and it contained both Windows and Macintosh versions.

The third copy was bought here at GOG.

-- The former is definitely Myst.

I got two or three copies from various people who got it bundled with their computer (all Macintoshes) but who weren't interested in games, those are thus Mac-only. For them, I only ever had the disc itself, no manual, packaging, or anything else.

3rd or 4th copy was bought in a similar re-release edition as Riven, and is the Masterpiece Edition, Windows-only.

The last copy (or copies, if you want to include RealMyst and RealMyst Masterpiece Edition as the same game) was bought here on GOG. That makes what, 4-7 copies? Depending on exactly how many I got from others and if the RealMysts count.
I own four copies of Leisure Suit Larry 7.
I think Resident evil 4 does it for me. 2x PC, xbox 360, gamecube, wii
I own 3 copies of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, 2 on DS one on Wii, been thinking about getting the PC, PS3 and 360 versions.

It should be noted the first version I played was the PC demo.

Hey, I didn't dig them up...I mean...Hey, who are you calling an asshole...I mean...I don't know who you're talking to or what you're talking about...
I have six copies of Baldur's Gate II.

The first had no Throne of Bhaal expansion, and I wanted to play it, so I later bought a second copy that did (they had stopped selling the separate expansion pack by that point). Then my Throne of Bhaal CD exploded in the disc drive, so I had to buy a third copy of BG II to get another Throne of Bhaal CD. Then I wanted to play Baldur's Gate with TotSC, but the only version I could find came with another copy of Baldur's Gate II. Then I bought the Enhanced Edition when it was on sale. And yesterday I bought the Hasbro D&D immortals bundle and got another copy.

(I also have four copies of BG.)
Dawn of War series definitely. For some reason I bought two anthologies resulting in me having 2 copies each of Dawn of War, Winter Assault and Dark Crusade. Only one copy of Soulstorm though, not that I would want any more.

It's censorship (by the publisher, presumably). The UK version does not allow you to kill children (as they have been removed from the game). Other versions do.
