Rio Mira. I'll admit I don't (yet) speak Spanish and can't even find their lyrics listed anywhere to even Google Translate them but the music is really excellent without understanding the lyrics.
Also this time of year the free, seven volume Dance of the Dead collection (in celebration of Day of the Dead). Many of those are less interesting without understanding Spanish but some of them are good even so such as the Juaneco Y Su Combo track (#14 in the previous link).
