User talking about buying a game and getting a refund with wallet funds, in "a currency that has no value"(whatever that means).
The account was registered this month, and is LITERALLY named BuyAndRefund....it also mentions something called AliPay in the title and Op post, and has some weird numbers at the end of the Op post(specifically 12315). Add to that the fact they only have one game on GOG & their profile and library are hidden.....it all seems like it might be a scammer or spammer.

12315 is China's version of a national consumer agency. GOG also accepts AliPay. Therefore, I don't think it's spam. Likely a pissed off customer.

Did you notice their username? It's literally BuyAndRefund

(yes, users can change names, but I doubt a new user[especially one trying to get their money back] would change their name just to make a point re: GOG....especially with there being a 30 day "cool off period" between name changes)

And if you're right, I don't get what they mean by they got "a currency with no actual value"(one might think it means they got no money back, but they say right before that that they got a refund to their wallet).....also it seems odd they also have their profile and libraries blocked and only own one game.

That said, I hope/figure this'll at least get GOG's attention....so whether it's a spammer/scammer or an actual customer GOG staff will hopefully notice and take care of the issue quickly.
