We’d like to inform you that Way of the Samurai 3 will be delisted from our catalog due to expiring licensing rights on Sunday, March 21th, 11pm UTC.

For everyone who purchased it prior to delisting, it will remain in their GOG library.
Thanks for heads up.
That's disappointing... luckily I already own it.
Thanks for the warning.
Still annoyed I couldn't pick it when the deluxe edition price was on $2.49, can't really ask someone on the gifting thread now for a $24.99 game :|
Thanks for telling the reason, wonder who the rights will be transferred to?
What happens with achievements in this case? Do they remain visible on profile and activity feeds? Is it still possible to unlock them?

Nothing happens. You can still unlock them and they are visible in your profile.

About the game good thing I happened to purchase it on a previous sale...If anyone is interest in the 4th game might as well purchase it in the next sale because it might be delisted as well

Seeing as how Acquire brought Akiba's Trip to GOG very recently, I'm guessing this expiring license is on Ghostlight's side, meaning we'll probably soon lose WotS 4, the Agarest series, and Elminage Gothic too.
Sad that we didn't know earlier, nor get a final sale.

But I know GOG staff tells early usually, so they probably were also surprised.

Delistings in a digital age are rather depressive. Let's not shoot the messenger though.
That's a bummer...great game.
Would have bought it if i knew sooner, now could still buy it at full price, but won't since i can't play the game yet until new pc.
Wonder if there will be any chances for it to reappear.
I will never understand why companies don't put the game on sale when they delist it.

This. It doesnt even have to be a historic low... Just a 50% discount would be good.
Had planned on picking this up, but held off seeing that the price tended to stay high (until recently) and I have the game on PS3... and an emulator.

Wonder, is the PC version different in many ways?
