For the last week, on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge, I cannot see my library or most of what is for sale. I have tried refreshing, etc. Occasionally I will be able to see my library, but most of the time I cannot, and so I can't download any of my games.
All the posts in this thread are from 2016, much too long ago for your problem to be because of the same thing they were experiencing.
Try using this other thread: The "what did just break" thread 2.0
Best to jump to the last page of that thread and see if someone else has reported something similar recently. Check the dates of the posts to be sure.
