Am I the only one who's library does not show updates? There was a big update for Dead State but my library didnt have update next to the game like it normally did. Thought it hadnt updated yet till I clicked on the game itself on the shelf. Just a little thing I was wondering about.

You have to use the new changelog now.

EDIT: If you meant you need to filter by updated games, then as paladin181 explained below, click on My Collection and filter by Updated

Wait, what does this mean.

We are not notified of updates anymore ? We have to manually read the changelog of every game every day ?

You are notified. and when you click on your library, you will have to refresh once, then click on the "My Collection" button and display "Updated" to see them (It sometimes doesn't work before a refresh, there are no updated items to display).

Jesus at least we now get a change log! XD Can't say I was fond of PMing people just to find out they added a fucking reference card or something. :P

Ok, then I don't grasp what the OP is about.

We still get the red number alert, we still get a direct access to the updated games list (through the dropdown menu).

There must be a subtlety that eludes me here (though to be honest I may be currentrly multitasking a bit too much right now to grasp basic things).

Either I do not get your point at what browsing in the Library or how to "refresh" it, either mine does not work as expected. I remember having had a few update notifications in my library over the past year. But they later vanished before I did any download of the updates. These notifications never returned and I found no way to make them show up again.

Moreover, I have no more than one game with a changelog available (Lovers in a dangerous space). Nothing coherent with the few update notifications I got for sure in the past for other games.

Updates management at GoG looks like a mess, at least from the user's point of view.

This was over a year ago before notifications were almost completely broken. We don't get half of them any more, but the ones you do get, you usually don't need to refresh the library page to get to show up under "updated."

GOG often miss some update notifications,
so I just rely the forum thread...
