toxicTom: And you probably already know this amazing cover version.
That is truly impressive. Thanks for sharing.

And just for completeness, the Spice Opera version. :)
So many games... I'm not sure I remember all title screens I played in years.

From most recent games, probably Freedom Planet.
I also like music from Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2, but their title screens play only a small segments of the theme songs.

Unreal (flyby, enough said)
Unreal Tournament 2003 (did someone say epic?)
Red Alert 2 (I always get caught in the grinder)
Duke Nukem 3D (grabbing those bags in the best way possible)
Age of Empires 2 (never ever have I skipped the main menu theme)

and many more which I can't remember specifically right now.

EDIT:
If credits count, the first ~3 minutes of the final credits of the original Titan Quest (song name "When Gods Fall"). NOT Immortal Throne (which sadly replaces the credits music by "Rock of Mages" which may be cool in its own right but absolutely does not fit into the game and basically ruins the credits).

Telika: - Civilization IV
Opening Civ IV is a struggle between wanting to start the game right now and finding excuses to slack off and let Baba Yetu play.

Also, some memorable ones:

The Secret of Monkey Island (deep in the Caribbean...)
Any Indiana Jones game
Tetris

Another one I'd like to add is Full Throttle. The Gone Jackals provided a cool rock soundtrack for this great game.

Also, if anyone knows, I have a question regarding the soundtrack for Full Throttle which I have wondered about for years. I bought The Gone Jackals album "Bone to Pick" shortly after the game was released and the data on the CD wasn't organised correctly because two of the tracks (tracks 2 and 3, I think) were merged into one long track with the following being an empty, zero second track. Can anyone verify that this isn't just a flaw on my CD? Can anyone who has heard a more recent pressing of the disc let me know if that flaw is still present? I have looked around and couldn't find any information relating to this.

Speaking about Tetris, the Mirrorsoft version had a memorable theme by David Whittaker.

For these last two games I mean the beeper tunes which still ring in my ears like it was yesterday.
Beeper tunes were so cute.
