Telika: Ok, right. I also re-listen to the Dune tracks a lot, and I adore them.
By the way, here is a nice remix by Bart Klepka.

Two other nice title music (it's surprising that nobody suggested those yet) :

Cybernoid II : C64 version
& Amiga version (by Jeroen Tel)
And here is a nice piano version

Captain Blood : Amiga version &
Atari ST version (reworked and improved) - the 2 versions are slightly different (by Philippe Ulrich, made after the Ethnicolor music from Jean-Michel Jarre from the Zoolook album)

EDIT : this forum has some real troubles with URLs ! I have to halve the lines in order for them to work.

Serren: Crusader: No Remorse - Andrew Sega, AKA Necros of Straylight, composed this brief title theme and it's one of the best pieces in the game. I have exported patterns from the MOD to use as a ringtone in the past.
That's the one that came to my mind as soon as I read the question.

Serren: One Must Fall: 2097 - Composed by Kenny Chou, AKA C.C.Catch of Renaissance, the title theme is my favourite from the game. I could listen to it on repeat without getting tired of it, but I could say the same for most of Kenny's music.
And this was the second one :)

Tyrian was #3.

Warcraft 2 at #4.

Kingdom Hearts.
Not only do you leave the title on for Dearly Beloved, but I'm willing to bet most people also go through the entire opening cinematic whenever they boot up the game, even though it repeats once you start a new game.
Surprised no one had mentioned Empire Earth yet : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Z8iUte8cIg
Evil Dead: Hail To The King

The menu (and the Evil Dead 2 trailer) were easily the best parts of that game.
I have to agree with C&C (and RA).
