Tagchen. Folgendes, Ich hab mir ne GTX970 gekauft und dabei einen Code für das Spiel The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt erhalten. Ich habe alles eingelöst und SOLLTE eigentlich direkt danach das Spiel auf meinem Account haben und eine Bestätigungsemail bekommen das alles geklappt hat. Nun, das hat es nicht. Dauert das evtl. länger bei GOG oder wie siehts aus ?

Witcher 3 isn't out yet. This is just a preorder. You'll get the game when it's actually released on May 19th.

Yes, after purchase you have to see game in the library.
But as I know, now there are small technical works regarding library.
Perhaps you need to wait a little. Don't worry.

Yes I know.

That link is the way you can manually refresh your account. Since you received a mail notification chances are that a refresh may fix the problem. Just click the link while you're logged in.

If the problem persists, you should contact support.

EDIT: I'm sorry, I misunderstood what you wrote about the confirmation email. It seems you didn't get any.
You can still try to refresh your account, in the worst case nothing will change.

Hast Du den Code unter folgendem Link eingelöst und warst Du mit Deinem Account eingeloggt?

Versuche den Code erneut. Falls er bereits eingelöst wurde, bekommst Du eine entsprechende Meldung.

Der Refresh funkitioniert übrigens nur wenn Du eingeloggt bist. Einfach den Link anklicken und Deine Bibliothek wird neu geladen.

Wenn das Spiel immer noch nicht erscheint, liegt es vermutlich an den aktuellen Wartungsarbeiten. GOG überarbeitet gerade die Bibliothek, sodass Spiele die bisher in einer Box erschienen nun separate Boxen bekommen (z.B. King's Quest 1+2+3). Kontaktiere in jedem Fall den Support, vielleicht ist auch etwas schief gegangen, denn das Spiel sollte nach dem Einlösen sofort zu sehen sein:

It could be connected to the current unbundling of games in the library. See here:

Anyway, retry the key and if you get a message that it is already used, contact support.

I get the game via nvidia web page promotion, i contact support but no reply.
